Yoga peaches was born from a passion for supporting children's confidence, happiness and wellbeing. We run children's yoga classes in the UK and incorporate positive affirmations in all our classes to boost self esteem, recognise emotions, and encourage resilience and perseverance. Our goal is to empower children, guide them to make healthy choices, and encourage kindness. The children of today will do brilliant things and being kind to themselves and others is one we wholeheartedly support.
